What is included in each package?
Foundation includes Platform Access + Service Desk, Surveys, Knowledge, Data Insights, Dialler and 5,000 AI credits. Resolution adds free Agent Assist, Quality Assessments and Analytics AI, one-to-one training and 20,000 AI credits. Complete includes everything in Resolution, free written and two-way speech translation, one-to-one training, dedicated account management, dedicated support and 100,000 AI credits.
How do prepaid AI credits work?
Each package includes a monthly credit allowance. You can prepay 5,000 additional credits for £50, 20,000 for £200 or 50,000 for £500.
How is AI usage measured?
Paid usage is 10 credits per QA check, 60 credits per AI Agent conversation, 5 credits per Agent Assist conversation and 5 credits per Written Translation conversation. A conversation covers six messages and six replies, or two emails and two replies. Analytics AI remains 1 credit per request. Features marked FREE on your package do not use credits.
How is voice and transcription usage measured?
AI Receptionist uses 20 credits per minute, Voice Translation uses 15 credits per minute and Voice Transcription uses 5 credits per recorded minute, including speaker identification. Translation is free on Complete.
How are outbound Dialler calls charged?
Dialler access is included from Foundation. Outbound calls cost 10p each, and they are billed separately, outside the calculator estimate.
How does the included-user allowance work?
Foundation includes five users and Resolution and Complete include ten. The package's additional-user rate applies only to users above that allowance. Sign up before 2027 to pay £15, £30 or £45 per additional user instead of the regular £30, £60 or £90 rate.
What is the sign-up-before-2027 offer?
Foundation is £75 per month instead of £150, Resolution is £350 instead of £700 and Complete is £800 instead of £1,600. The calculator applies the offer automatically. Credit packs and outbound calls are not part of the half-price offer.
Is the calculator estimate our final price?
No. It is an indicative monthly estimate excluding VAT, based on the package, users and prepaid credit pack selected. We agree the final scope and pricing with you.
