About these terms
These terms apply between you and Resolvable Limited, company number 13263620, registered at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, England, WC2H 9JQ. By using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the website.
The website is aimed at business users. You must be at least 18 to submit information or use an interactive tool. Our Privacy policy and Cookie policy also apply. Separate written terms govern any paid, trial, outsourcing or AI service supplied by Resolvable. Nothing on this public website changes an agreed customer contract.
Interactive demos, AI output and calculators
Public demos and calculators are provided to help you explore possible workflows and starting assumptions. They are not a live customer-service system, professional advice, a quote, a guarantee or evidence of production performance.
- Demo content and outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate or unsuitable for your circumstances. Check important information independently.
- The demos do not place orders, contact customers, change accounts, send surveys or take other real-world actions.
- Use synthetic, sample or non-sensitive data only. Do not enter personal, special-category, confidential, client or legally privileged information.
- Do not use a demo result to assess a worker, make a legal or similarly significant decision about a person, or replace appropriate human review.
- The Quality walkthrough uses an AI model to produce an indicative assessment. The Data Insights walkthrough uses deterministic browser logic and keeps the selected file on the device, as described in the Privacy policy.
- Calculator results depend on the inputs and stated assumptions. Final scope, feasibility, pricing and savings must be agreed separately in writing.
Acceptable use
You must not:
- use the website unlawfully, fraudulently or in a way that harms another person;
- introduce malware, attempt unauthorised access, bypass limits, disrupt the service or test vulnerabilities without written permission;
- use automated means to overload, scrape or extract the website except where allowed by law or a written agreement;
- submit content you do not have the right to use, or content that is harmful, unlawful or infringes another person’s rights; or
- misrepresent an illustrative demo result as a Resolvable audit, certification, advice or production output.
We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the website, other users or Resolvable.
Intellectual property
The website and its content, design, software, trade marks and brand assets belong to Resolvable or the relevant licensor and are protected by intellectual property law. You may view and print reasonable extracts for your internal, non-commercial evaluation. You must not reproduce, modify, distribute, sell or commercially exploit them without permission, except where the law allows.
You keep ownership of content you submit. You give us the limited permission needed to process it solely to provide and secure the feature you requested, subject to our Privacy policy.
Third-party services and links
The website links to or embeds services operated by others, including HubSpot Meetings. Their terms and privacy information apply when you use those services. A link does not mean that Resolvable controls or endorses every part of an external site.
Availability, information and liability
We aim to keep the website useful, accurate and secure, but provide it on an “as available” basis. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part without notice. We do not promise uninterrupted access or that all content will always be complete, current or error-free.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. Subject to that, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, Resolvable is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, revenue, business, opportunity, goodwill, anticipated savings, data or software arising from use of this free public website or reliance on its illustrative content.
General terms
If a provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue. A delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver. No person other than you and Resolvable has a right to enforce these terms under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.
We may update these terms by publishing a revised version. Changes apply from the updated date shown above. These terms and any non-contractual dispute arising from them are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.
