Who we are and when this policy applies
Resolvable Limited, company number 13263620, registered at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, England, WC2H 9JQ. Resolvable Limited is the controller of website, business-contact and trial administration information described in this policy. Our separate role when processing customer-service data on a trial customer's behalf is explained below.
This policy applies to resolvable.com and its public website tools, including contact, booking, careers applications, calculators and the interactive AI walkthrough, and the registration, administration and support of Resolvable AI free trials. The Free Trial Terms and their Data Processing Schedule govern the trial service and customer-service data processed on the customer's instructions. Separate contracts and data processing terms apply to paid customer services, employment and supplier relationships.

If we send direct marketing, we do so with consent or another basis permitted by law. Every marketing message will provide a simple way to opt out. We do not sell personal information.
Resolvable AI free trials
A registered trial is a working customer account, separate from the public website walkthroughs. We receive registration information from the person applying, account information from your business administrator and authorised users, and technical and usage information when the account is used. Your administrator may also provide information when inviting you or requesting support. Necessary registration and security information is required to provide the account; without it we may be unable to provide access.
We use business-contact and account records for the administration purposes above. Customer-service content, knowledge, messages, tickets, transcripts, survey responses and quality or analytics records processed for your business are handled as processor, or authorised sub-processor, under its documented instructions and the trial Data Processing Schedule. Enabling a feature does not approve every data category or higher-risk action. Your business remains responsible for its lawful bases, privacy notices and permissions. Service content does not become our independent-controller data merely because it is used to secure or operate the service.
The trial excludes outbound calls, call recording and call/audio storage. Ordinary account, knowledge and conversation records may still be stored; permitted live voice processing may create written transcripts where configured. We use trial customer-service data only to provide, secure and support the trial and its agreed exit. We do not use it to train or fine-tune general-purpose or other customers' models without a separate express written opt-in.
The 30-day trial starts when you click Confirm free trial and your acceptance is recorded. Trial registration does not authorise automatic paid conversion or collection of payment details. Service messages about access, allowances, security, support and expiry are separate from marketing. Any marketing remains subject to the rules and opt-out described above. Trial AI output supports the customer's work; we do not use it to make solely automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects about trial users.
Interactive AI demo, calculators and browser tools
It is designed to demonstrate possible product interactions. It does not take real customer-service actions, provide advice, guarantee production performance or make decisions about anyone.
Quality assessment walkthrough
If you use the Quality assessment, the customer message and agent reply you type are sent securely to the OpenAI API to generate the requested indicative result. Resolvable uses that content only to return the assessment and to operate and secure the public demo. We do not use it for marketing, lead generation, staff assessment, product development or model training, and the website application does not write the submitted text or result to its database.
OpenAI may retain API abuse-monitoring logs containing inputs and outputs for up to 30 days by default, unless a different approved data-control setting applies, and may retain information longer where required by law. API data is not used to train OpenAI models by default. Please use a short synthetic or non-sensitive example and do not enter personal, confidential, client or special-category data.
To protect the demo from abuse, we use a random browser identifier, hashed network and browser identifiers, counters and timestamps. We do not store the plain IP address in the quota database. The related browser cookie is described in our Cookie policy.
Data Insights walkthrough
A file selected in the Data Insights walkthrough is read and analysed in your browser. It is not uploaded to Resolvable or another service by that walkthrough. The result is generated by deterministic browser logic, may miss context and must be checked against the source data. You should still use sample or non-sensitive data only.
Other tools
Other walkthrough interactions and calculators use the values you enter to show an on-screen result. A pricing enquiry draft may be held in session storage while it is carried to the contact page, then is removed after transfer or when the browser session ends. Calculator outputs are indicative and are not quotes, guarantees or savings promises.
How long we keep information
We keep personal information only for as long as needed for the purpose described above. We consider the status of an enquiry or business relationship, security and dispute needs, contractual and legal obligations, and applicable limitation periods. We then delete or anonymise it unless the law permits or requires longer retention.
Trial operational access ends at expiry or earlier termination. Unless a separately accepted paid agreement permits continued processing, customer-service data is returned or deleted at the customer's choice under the trial Data Processing Schedule. Active-system deletion is completed within 60 days after the trial ends and backup deletion within a further 90 days, unless another lawful schedule is agreed or law requires limited retention. Backups pending deletion are protected and put beyond operational use except necessary disaster recovery, with deletion instructions reapplied on restoration. The standard 30-day commercial export request window does not limit mandatory return or deletion rights.
Trial registration, acceptance, account-security and necessary support records held for our own purposes are distinct from customer-service data processed on the customer's behalf. We retain only what is necessary for account administration, proportionate security and abuse prevention, applicable legal duties and establishing or defending legal claims. Unaccepted trial drafts expire after seven days. Email codes expire after ten minutes and verified-email grants after 30 minutes; security rate-limit records expire under short operational limits. Accepted trial details, the reviewed documents and acceptance evidence are retained for up to six years, unless a legal requirement or active claim requires longer retention. We review other administration and support records when the trial or issue ends. This does not permit indefinite retention or reuse of the customer's service content for our own purposes.
Website and provider logs are retained under proportionate security schedules. Demo quota records contain hashed identifiers rather than the text submitted to the demo. Quality demo content is not persisted by the Resolvable website application; OpenAI’s default API abuse-monitoring period is described above.
Careers application details and CVs are kept only for as long as needed to consider the application, manage relevant recruitment and meet legal obligations. The website does not save CV files in its own database or file storage; they are sent to the Resolvable team through our email provider.
Your rights
For trial customer-service data processed on a business's behalf, contact that business as controller. We assist it under the Data Processing Schedule and refer requests received directly to the appropriate controller. For registration or account information we control, contact dataprotection@resolvable.com. Revocation of trial account access does not remove applicable data-protection rights.
Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to access a copy of your personal information, correct it, ask for deletion or restriction, receive portable data, and withdraw consent where we rely on consent.
You may object to processing based on legitimate interests. You have an absolute right to object to direct marketing at any time.
These rights are not absolute and the right that applies can depend on our lawful basis. We may ask for information needed to verify your identity before acting on a request. We do not make solely automated decisions through this website that have legal or similarly significant effects on people.
Data protection complaints
Email dataprotection@resolvable.com with the subject line “Data protection complaint” and explain what happened, when it happened and the outcome you would like. We will acknowledge your complaint within 30 days, investigate it appropriately, keep you informed where needed and communicate the outcome without undue delay.
You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office. Visit ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint/ or call 0303 123 1113. We would appreciate the opportunity to address your concern first, but you do not have to contact us before approaching the ICO.
Security, children and changes
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect information. No internet service is completely secure, so please do not send sensitive information through a public website unless it is specifically requested through an approved secure route.
This business website is not directed at children and its interactive tools are intended for people aged 18 or over. We may update this policy when the website, providers or law changes. The date at the top shows the latest update.
